Public Note:
Apothecia up to about 2 mm diam., stipes up to 2 mm long. Substrate hard wood, with very dark blue-green pigment near surface only. Paraphyses 3 um diam., extending about 10 um beyond asci, tapering to narrower apex in the top 10 um. Asci about 60 x 7 um, 8-spored. Ascospores 13-13.5 x 2.5-3 um. Excipular hairs ('tomentum hyphae') about 15-20 x 3 um, cylindric, coarsely roughened.
